As the Miami Open comes to a close after two weeks of electrifying tennis, this month brings back the Longines Global Champions Tour to the sands of Miami Beach, the world's premier equestrian show jumping series.
The largest LGBT event in Miami is back this year in South Beach with its legendary parade, and in the concert and entertainment scene, Pink, Lorde, Cirque du Soleil Sep7imo Dia and Rick Springfield among many others are in town...
For our baseball fans, the Miami Marlins are back at home and ready to swim deep into the NL East!

Longines Global Champions Tour - April 5 - 7, 2018
The Longines Global Champions Tour is the world's premier show jumping series, bringing together the top ranked athletes in the world to compete in prestigious locations for unprecedented prize money.
This month, they come to the sands of Miami Beach...
The 15 event Tour offers some of the most explosive and exciting competition of any equestrian series featuring Olympic, World and Continental Champions as they battle fiercely for the title of overall season Champion of Champions and the lion's share of the bonus prize fund.
When? Thursday to Saturday April 5-7, 2018 - 9:00 am into late afternoon
Where? Miami Beach, on the beach between 21st and 22nd Streets, behind the Setai Hotel
How Much? FREE for spectators. Access to the public grandstand seating for all days of this event will be free! There will be areas for people to stand and watch along the side of the arena where you will be up-close to the incredible jumps as the horses and riders take to the course.

Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition
"The Fair" - March 15 - April 8, 2018
The Fair is in town! Rides, rides and more rides, oh and there's the cotton candy, funnel cakes, turkey legs, the roasted corn on the cob... no wonder this is one of the largest annual family events in the State.
This is more than one giant amusement park...
...although for kids, that's reason enough! There will be tons of live events and games, agriculture shows, a circus, a petting zoo, livestock exhibits, an ice show, skateboarding races, professional boxing matches, Grammy Award winning performers...
All live entertainment and concerts are included in your admission.
When? March 15 to April 8, 2018 Open Daily Except March 19-20 and April 2-3
Where? Miami-Dade County Fair, 10901 SW 24th St. Miami. Coral Way (SW 24th St) and 112th Avenue
How Much? General Admission $12, 5 and under free. Tickets for rides are extra and the Fair will be using Magic Money, a digital ticket system held on a Magic Money Wristband using an RFID chip. Magic Money Wristbands are reusable and reloadable, so you can enjoy them throughout The Fair this year and for years to come! Reload your wristband using the Magic Money app, Magic Money Kiosks or Stations located throughout the fairgrounds.
Packages of 16, 36, 56 Digital Tickets for use for food, beverages, games and rides available online for $18, $38, $58. Unlimited ride package is $28.
These are the online prices, they are higher at the fairgrounds.
It can get pricey when you add up rides and food, but proceeds support
scholarships that reward youth achievement in artistic, athletic and academic programs. Be there!

Every spring, thousands of beer enthusiasts gather for a celebration of seasonal brews, delicious food, and live music.
This time around, the festival ratchets up the good times with an even bigger selection of beers to sample, more than 300, from all over the world.

Miami Beach Gay Pride Festival - April 2 - 8, 2018
This is the largest LGBT event in Miami and certainly a thre-day weekend packed with flashy, bold and spirited events...
What's on? Beach parties, block parties, VIP parties, challenging runs, concerts and live entertainment, the legendary parade, fireworks and even a 4-night cruise to the Bahamas!
The Parade is a colossal affair and the crown jewel of the festival, with hundreds of participants and over 35 creative floats showcasing the Spirit of Pride.

Family Fun Fest at Biscayne National Park

Family Fun Fest is a FREE program at Biscayne National Park brought to you thanks to the many volunteers and park sponsors.
It is held on the second Sunday of the month during the "dry and cool" season, December through April with lots of fun and educational activities for kids and adults alike.
